If you’re not eating organic or wildcraft you’re definitely eating pesticides and herbicides and fungicides. And even organic can be tainted but it’s the best we’ve got on offer unless you’re growing your own and you know exactly what’s going on.

Put everything into a blender and blend until creamy. You want a nice batter consistency so if it’s too runny add a little bit more flour and if it’s too thick add a little bit more milk

If you want them fluffy you can add 1 tsp of baking soda.

You can also mash up a ripe banana or blend up and apple and add by stirring into the batter with some vanilla extract.

You can also fry a banana {or raw} to add on top with some coconut flakes and gojo berries and walnuts.

Fry with grapeseed oil πŸ’œπŸŒΏπŸ₯žπŸŒ±πŸ„

Stack up and enjoy the wonderful wholesome mineral rich flavours.

I use good quality stainless steel cookware. Avoid teflon its toxic.

You can also make a strawberry or raspberry jam which I’ll do in another recipe.

You can get quite inventive here and add other herbs that are beneficial to your children, it’s a great way to get minerals in their food and into their growing bodies.
